At SINGER®, we stand behind the quality of our sewing machines and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your SINGER® account and visit the 'Order History' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your item in its original factory packaging, including all included accessories, manuals, and protective foam inserts to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned machine, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
